Check-in time: 2:00 PM
Check-out time: 12:00 PM

Early departure fee is USD 95.00.

Early check-in is by request only and is not guaranteed.

Late check-out
Before 6:00 PM: half day charge.
After 6:00 PM: full day charge.

Open Hours
The hotel is open 24 hours. We close the main entrance at 10:30pm. If guests come in later than 10:30pm, feel free to buzz the bell at the main entrance for entry.


Cancellation policy varies depending upon room rates and the date of your reservation. Please refer to your Reservation confirmation to verify your cancellation. If you need assistance, feel free to contact us.

Cancellation policy for direct bookings

Cancellation received within 7 days prior to arrival would incur first night charge. Cancellation received within 3 days prior to arrival would incur 50% of total booking charge or first night, which ever is higher. Cancellation received within 24 hours prior to arrival or failure to arrive at the hotel will be treated as “no show” and no refund would be given.

Children and extra bed

Children under 6 years old stay for free if using existing bedding.

Children 6 years old and above require extra bed.


All rooms are non-smoking.

Public area
Smoking is available in designated public areas and in the balcony of each floor.


Pets are not allowed.
